This delicious single variety caturra separation comes from the farm of Lorenzo Rojas, one of the many skilled producers who contributes to the community blend that comprises our Cusco Foundational offering. A wonderfully rich and balanced Reserve Lot selection, we find flavors of toasted almond and cooked red fruit in the cup, complemented by sweet browning sugars and cocoa in the finish.

Lorenzo Anampa Rojas has spent roughly 30 years producing coffee, with only the last handful of years particularly focusing on specialty coffee production. Given such a short time focused on specialty, and the immense logistical challenges he faces due to the remote location of his farm, the outstanding quality of our most recent Reserve Lot selections from his farm are a testament to his skill and determination.
