This Reserve Lot selection from produer Wilmer Julca exemplifies the outstanding quality potential of coffees grown at extremely high elevations in the celebrated coffee producing region of Cajamarca, Peru. In the cup, we find a notable depth of cooked raspbery and dark caramel sweetness along with a subtle honeyed florality and a mouth watering citrus acidity.

An experienced coffee producer of some 30 years, Wilmer Ojeda Julca has found sucess despite the challenges of extremely high elevation farming through constant innovation and a focus on high quality plant genetics. Wilmer reserves two hectares of his three hectare farm to coffee production where he most recently has expanded his catalog of cultivated varieties to include caturra, gesha, and tabi.
