Iced Matcha

Stone-ground tea from Japan, matcha can be enjoyed on its own or as a creamy iced latte. These recipes offer a cold, refreshing take on a beloved favorite.

Brewing instructions

Regular Iced Preparation

  1. Fill the cocktail shaker ¾ with ice.
  2. Add 2.5g matcha.
  3. Add 100g cold water.
    1. optional - if you’d like some sweetener, we suggest adding 1-2 oz of simple syrup now
  4. Place the lid on the cocktail shaker and shake rigorously.
  5. Pour matcha into your favorite cup with light ice and enjoy.

Iced Matcha Latte

  1. Fill the cocktail shaker ¾ with ice.
  2. Add 5g matcha.
  3. Add 50g cold water.
    1. optional - if you’d like some sweetener, we suggest adding 1-2 oz of simple syrup now
  4. Place the lid on the cocktail shaker and shake rigorously.
  5. Pour matcha into your favorite cup with light ice.
  6. Add ~150g milk.
  7. Stir and enjoy.
