Iced Matcha
Stone-ground tea from Japan, matcha can be enjoyed on its own or as a creamy iced latte. These recipes offer a cold, refreshing take on a beloved favorite.

What you'll need
- Passenger Matcha
- Gram Scale
- Filtered Water
- Cocktail Shaker
- Ice
- Dish Towel
Brewing instructions
Regular Iced Preparation
- Fill the cocktail shaker ¾ with ice.
- Add 2.5g matcha.
- Add 100g cold water.
- optional - if you’d like some sweetener, we suggest adding 1-2 oz of simple syrup now
- Place the lid on the cocktail shaker and shake rigorously.
- Pour matcha into your favorite cup with light ice and enjoy.
Iced Matcha Latte
- Fill the cocktail shaker ¾ with ice.
- Add 5g matcha.
- Add 50g cold water.
- optional - if you’d like some sweetener, we suggest adding 1-2 oz of simple syrup now
- Place the lid on the cocktail shaker and shake rigorously.
- Pour matcha into your favorite cup with light ice.
- Add ~150g milk.
- Stir and enjoy.
