El Guayabal is named for the guava trees once grown on this land by producer Jesus Miguel Sabag Javier’s family. In recent years, Jesus has shifted his focus to specialty coffee, pursuing greater opportunities for his farm and community. This lot, carefully preserved in deep freeze storage, offers a delicate profile of sweet citrus acidity, creamy milk chocolate, and subtle jasmine and spearmint florals.
