A 2024 washed Reserve Lot from Ethiopia’s Layo Teraga washing station, sourced from the celebrated Guji zone. Unlike coffees from the west of Ethiopia where our Agaro partnership is located, this washed lot comes from the Guji zone, a well-known growing region in the south and home to other perennial favorites like Bookkisa and Shoondhisa. We still find all of the hallmark elegance of washed Ethiopian coffees in this lot: abundant white floral aromatics with juicy key lime, melon, and stone fruit in the cup.
