The recent release of our 2025 Montecarlos Pacamara Education Lot marks Passenger’s eighth consecutive year featuring variety separations from producers Carlos and Julie Batres, and offers the unique opportunity to taste the impeccable consistency and subtle nuances this variety has presented over the years. In addition to the savory-sweet foundation we’ve come to expect from this coffee, this 2022 lot exhibits a notably delicate body with soft tropical fruit flavors and a mild, integrated acidity.
