While Ture Waji is rightly renowned as a master of dry processing, this sparkling wet processed selection proves that he is equally adept as a producer of exceptional washed coffees. This lot is composed of coffee delivered to Ture’s processing site in Odo Shakiso by local farmers who live in the neighboring kebele of Bookkisa.
