This outstanding pink bourbon from producer Diego Hoyos in San Augustín, Huila, was recognized as the 1st place overall winner at the 2022 Copa de Oro: a multi-regional competition highlighting some of the finest coffees of Colombia’s Huila department. The high elevation terroir of Diego’s farm, La Fortuna, together with his dedication and attention to detail at the farm level combine to great effect in this exceedingly complex, award-winning cup.
