This washed process Reserve Lot comes from producer Eradio Zurita, whose farm, El Caimito, is located in the mountains of Cajamarca’s San Ignacio province. A notably balanced cup, we taste an abundance of sweet fruit flavors from apple to blackberry, subtle spices, and a soft and creamy mouthfeel.

A second generation coffee producer, Eradio switched his focus to the production of specialty grade coffee in 2018, with a particular focus on improving his post harvest processing infrastructure and practices. This particular lot was pulped and fermented for 38 hours in GrainPro bags before being washed and subsequently dried on plastic tarps for 10 to 15 days.
