We continue to be impressed by the ability of the Long Miles team to produce extremely clean, dry-processed coffees that display uniquely present acidity, and this Reserve Lot is yet another example. Densely sweet and impeccably clean, this dry processed selection presents mouth-watering dark fruit flavors of black cherry and tart cranberry amidst syrupy sweet browning sugars reminiscent of molasses and gingerbread.

    Gaharo 1 - Dry Process

    Founded by Ben and Kristy Carlson in 2013, the Long Miles Coffee Project serves as an inspiring point of connection between rural Burundian coffee farmers and the international specialty coffee market. Hundreds of farming families contributed to this immaculate dry processed 2023 harvest selection from Gaharo hill, which was processed by the Long Miles team at Bukeye washing station.
