We’re excited to debut this gardenia scented Green tea. This particularly refreshing sip is tropical and complex, perfect for spring and summer. Flower tea is special as it showcases lovely aroma and hints of floral sweetness make its way into the cup.

On the nose, we get lots of florals and tropical fruits that make their way into the cup. In the cup, we also get notes of sweet vegetal earthiness.

Green Gardenia - 2025
Fuzhou, a city within Fujian Province, is the home of flower tea. Here high quality Camellia Sinensis leaves are enhanced and decorated with fresh flowers. Flowers typically bloom from early Spring to mid Fall and are picked to scent the tea leaves before they are completely opened. This tea is scented using the 7 yin method, a very nuanced processing/scenting method where the leaves are joined with the fresh flowers and separated, seven times then dried by the oven. In doing this, the memory of the floral fragrance is kept and a bit of sweetness can be detected in the liquor.
