Kibingo

Since its beginnings as a small family farm in the late 1950s, Kibingo Estate has grown into a widely recognized source of outstanding Kenyan coffee. Owner and manager Anthony Irungu Kimani was among the first to partner with Peter Mbature following the launch of Kamavindi Coffee Lab, the Mbature family’s sourcing and export company. It’s perhaps no surprise that the meeting of these two highly regarded figures in Kenyan specialty coffee continues to produce vibrant and complex coffees like this one. In the cup, we find flavors of black plum and gooseberry, as well as tangy lemon and stewed pear in the finish.
