Why Necessary?
In September 2019, shortly after Passenger’s fifth anniversary, we decided to launch a new roasting brand called Necessary Coffee. We created Necessary in the hope that embracing a different roasting style would appeal to a new customer base, enabling us to expand our annual buying from Passenger’s closest producer partners around the world.
